Timetables

Please note that classes are taught at varying levels. To decide which class is suitable for you check the following classification.

Beginners \ Foundation classes
These give a basic introduction to the simple postures and will suit those with a little or no previous experience of Iyengar Yoga.

General \ Level 1 classes
Designed to challenge those with some experience and to introduce more demanding postures and more specific details on practice.

Intermediate \ Level 2 classes
Only suitable for those with several years of continuous practice and who are able to undertake more advanced postures.

Fees may vary amongst different teachers.

If you are unsure about the level or whereabouts of a class you are advised to contact the relevant teacher to avoid disappointment or inconvenience.
